FAQ
I already have a van, why would I use your service?
Let us take care of the difficult last-mile logistics in congested Brooklyn. By offsetting this responsibility to us, you can free up your vans for more distant deliveries and expand your existing business.
Can I book the whole flatbed?
Yes, you can!
Do I have to use your boxes?
You can use your own tote boxes (available for purchase at Lowe’s or Home Depot) or we’ll put your boxes / crates in our own. We only work with the standardized tote boxes to keep loading/unloading fast and costs low for everyone.
Are my items safe? What about fragile goods?
Totes are padded, and if you’re shipping something fragile, just say so when you book, we’ll add extra padding at no extra cost.
Do you just deliver to other businesses, or can you deliver to customers?
We can deliver to your customers and/or other businesses!
Can you transport food and keep it hot/cold?
We do not have climate control on the cargo bike yet, but we can offer isothermic insulation in our totes that will keep your goods at the same temperature for up to an hour.
What if I’m late to pickup or dropoff a delivery?
We’ll notify you ahead of time when we’re arriving. If you’re not here after 5 minutes, we will continue the route.
