Frequently Asked Questions
What areas do you serve?
We’re based in Brooklyn and that’s where we’re fastest, but our fleet delivers across all of NYC. If your pickup or drop-off is outside Brooklyn, just mention it when you book and we’ll confirm the route.
How does same-day delivery work?
Book your delivery in the morning, and we’ll pick it up and deliver it the same day. For recurring wholesale routes, we agree on a fixed schedule, including early-morning windows for bakeries, roasters and other producers.
What can you carry on a cargo bike?
More than you’d think. Our Venture cargo bikes handle standard packages up to 400 lbs per trip, and our Flatbed model takes palletized, oversized and awkward freight on an open 16 ft² deck : kegs, lumber, flower crates, you name it. See full fleet specs here.
How much does a delivery cost?
It depends on distance, package size and volume — recurring routes with more stops get better per-stop rates. Request a quote and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours with exact pricing for your needs.
Can I track my deliveries?
Yes, every delivery comes with a live tracking link you can share with your customers, and proof of delivery once it’s dropped off. We built our own routing and tracking technology, so it works the same across all our services.
Do you deliver in bad weather?
Rain, snow or shine. Our fleet is built for New York weather and our packaging keeps your goods dry.
Do you provide insulated packaging?
Yes, we can provide insulated cargo totes that will keep your goods at the same temperature for the duration of the trip.
Can you transport alcohol?
Yes, we have a license from the state of NY to deliver alcohol to your customers.
Ready to move your goods?
Tell us what you ship and we'll get back to you within 24 hours with a plan and a quote.
