Same-day courier in Brooklyn

Who uses our courier service

Our courier service is for businesses that need something delivered today. That includes bakeries and coffee roasters with a missed order, makers sending a piece to a gallery, contractors who need a part on site, and shops sending goods to a customer. If you move goods around the borough, we can carry them.

How a same-day delivery works

1. Book in the morning. Enter pickup, drop-off and the window you need.
2. We assign a bike. The Venture takes enclosed parcels. The Flatbed takes pallets and oversized items.
3. We pick up and ride. Cargo bikes stay out of the traffic and parking problems that slow a van.
4. You track it. A live tracking link shows where the delivery is, and you get proof of delivery at drop-off.

Tracking and proof of delivery

Every delivery comes with a live tracking link. Share it with your customer or keep it for yourself. When the package is dropped off, we record proof of delivery. We built our own routing and tracking technology, so tracking works the same on every service we run.

Insulated totes

We can provide insulated cargo totes. They keep goods at the same temperature for the duration of the trip. That helps with food, flowers and other items that do not like heat or cold. If a delivery needs extra care, say so when you book.

Alcohol deliveries

We have a license from the State of New York to deliver alcohol. Breweries, bottle shops and restaurants can book cases and kegs. The Flatbed is built for kegs. See our brewery delivery page.

What fits on our bikes

The Venture is an enclosed cargo trike with a 13 ft³ box (34 × 21 × 34 in), and about 15 ft³ with the optional top box. It carries standard packages up to 400 lb per trip. The Flatbed has a 16 ft² open deck for palletized, oversized and awkward freight. See the fleet page for dimensions and photos.

Coverage

Our warehouse is in Gowanus, Brooklyn. We are quickest across South Brooklyn and we deliver across all of NYC. If your pickup or drop-off is outside Brooklyn, mention it when you book and we will confirm the route.

Weather

We ride in rain and snow. The fleet is built for New York weather, and the Venture is fully enclosed, so parcels stay dry.

Before you book

• Have the package ready and labeled at pickup.
• Give a phone number for someone who can hand over the package, and one for the person receiving it.
• Tell us about anything fragile, heavy, cold or time-critical.
• Share the tracking link with your customer so they know when to expect it.

Getting a quote

Courier jobs are quoted by distance, package size and volume. Get an instant quote on the booking page. If you have regular runs, ask about a recurring route.
